We clean offices, professional spaces, retail locations, business suites, common areas, and small to midsize commercial facilities.
What is included in commercial cleaning?
Every scope is built around the property. Service may include workstations and common areas, restrooms, break rooms, interior glass and entry doors, high-touch surfaces, floors, and trash removal.
Do you offer recurring commercial cleaning?
Yes. We build recurring cleaning plans around the property, priorities, and agreed service schedule.
Can cleaning be scheduled around business hours?
We coordinate service timing with each client and confirm a schedule that works for the property, access requirements, and cleaning team.
How is commercial cleaning priced?
Pricing reflects the size and type of space, cleaning frequency, current conditions, access, and the agreed scope of work.
Do you require a walkthrough before providing a bid?
Not every property requires one. We recommend a walkthrough when seeing the space will help us define the work and provide accurate pricing.
Are you insured and can you provide a COI?
Yes. The Spotless Project is insured, and proof of insurance can be provided when requested.
What areas do you serve?
We serve San Antonio and the I-35 corridor toward New Braunfels. Greater San Antonio projects may also be considered based on the service requirements.
What is included in post-construction cleaning?
The agreed work is tailored to the project and phase. It may include construction dust, labels, interior glass, tracks, cabinetry, fixtures, detailed floor cleaning, and final presentation work.
What is the difference between Rough, Final and Touch-Up cleaning?
Rough cleaning clears light debris and bulk dust during finish stages. Final cleaning is the detailed presentation clean. Touch-Up addresses new dust and marks after punch work or later trade activity.
Do you clean construction glass?
Interior glass may be included where stated. Exterior glass is always separately quoted as an optional add-on.
Do you remove stickers and construction residue?
Standard labels and stickers may be included. Excessive paint, heavy adhesive, grout, mortar, and specialty residue removal are quoted separately when needed.
Do you offer construction debris hauling?
Yes. Construction debris hauling can be added as separately scoped work. Pricing depends on the volume, access, disposal requirements, and whether a dumpster or off-site hauling is needed.
What happens if trades work after the final clean?
New dust, debris, or re-soiling caused by later activity is additional work and can be handled as a Touch-Up clean.
How far ahead should we schedule?
Send project details as soon as the target dates are known. Scheduling is coordinated around project readiness and construction timelines.
